Help Center

Help that stays out of your way.

Short topics covering the parts of Huntly people ask about most. We will keep expanding these as the product grows.

Getting started

Create your account, import a CV and run your first search. Huntly reads your experience first so early matches are useful rather than random.

  • Create an account
  • Upload or paste your CV
  • Confirm the roles you are targeting

Setting job preferences

Preferences shape everything downstream. Set titles, seniority, locations and working arrangement, then adjust after your first batch of matches.

  • Choose target titles
  • Set location and remote preferences
  • Refine after reviewing matches

Understanding match verdicts

A verdict reflects the overlap between your profile and a listing. Use it to order your attention, not to rule yourself out.

  • Open a role to see the lines behind the verdict
  • Read the gaps it names
  • Apply when you can explain the gap

Reviewing tailored applications

Huntly prepares a CV summary and cover letter draft per role, grounded in facts you confirmed. You edit them and send the application yourself.

  • Open the draft
  • Edit wording and emphasis
  • Send it yourself when it reads like you

Tracking applications

On Pro, every application you prepared appears in your tracker, and you record what happened next, so follow-ups do not slip.

  • Check stages weekly
  • Record replies and next steps yourself
  • Archive roles that close

Account & privacy

Your search is private to your account. You can download everything Huntly holds about you, or delete your account, from Settings → Your data.

  • Review profile data
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Download or delete from Settings → Your data

Billing & plans

Plan tiers are outlined on the Pricing page. Pro is a single 30-day paid period that does not renew automatically, so nothing is charged again when it ends.

  • Read the plan tiers
  • Start on Free
  • Open Plan & billing, which shows whether checkout is open on your account
